Where is my order?
Order once placed from your registered account will move into shipping state basis below factors : Out of Stock Order on hold due to payment issues Order in stock and is placed Order is being processed Order is fulfilled and is in shipping state Order is complete
How do I track my order?
You can track all your order purchases via Email communications. You will be able to access order tracking details post the order gets shipped and dispatched to your delivery address which you mentioned during the order purchase.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders once purchased can only be cancelled within 24hours of purchase timeline via raising email request from registered account. Post the timeline, the order moves into fulfillment stage basis order availability.
What are the stages of order?
Out of Stock - Order cannot be fulfilled. Order on hold due to payment issues - This occurs due to payment failures. Order in stock and is placed - Order moves into production stage Order is being processed - Order is fulfilled and is in shipping state Order is complete
What is Payment failure?
Payment was unsuccessful as it was declined by the bank. If the amount was deducted from the customer’s bank account, it will be credited to them within 5-7 working days by the issuing bank
Refund on Payment failure?
Only captured payments can be refunded. i.e., orders which are already placed and cancelled can be refunded within 24 hours of placing an order.
Refund timeline on Payment failure?
Payment was unsuccessful as it was declined by the bank. If the amount was deducted from the customer’s bank account, it will be credited to them within 5-7 working days by the issuing bank. You need to check your bank statement for more details.
